Before you book
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. The headline total covers the room, the stay length and the guests you entered, with taxes and included charges already in it. Anything the property collects on arrival — a city fee, a deposit — is listed separately and labelled, never folded into the total.
Can I book without an account?
Yes. Checkout works as a guest; you only need an email address for the confirmation and voucher. If you later want the booking in an account, you can find it with the reference and the email you used.
When can I cancel for free?
Each rate carries its own deadline, shown in the hotel's own time zone before you select it and again on the voucher. Where a rate is non-refundable we say so on the card, not in the small print.
Why do two listings for the same hotel sometimes differ?
We buy from more than one source, and the same property can be described differently by each. We merge them into one listing when the room, beds, occupancy and board genuinely match, and keep them apart when we are not certain.
Which currency am I charged in?
You choose the display currency. Where the charge is settled in another currency we say so on the price, and the rate is fixed at the moment you pay rather than estimated afterwards.
